Covid-19 outbreak confirmed at The Beeches Nursing Home in Hayle
The home remains closed to visitors

There has been another outbreak of Covid-19 at a nursing home in Cornwall.
The outbreak happened at The Beeches Nursing Home in Hayle and was confirmed on Monday.
Public Health England is working with Cornwall Council and local NHS colleagues to support staff and residents at the nursing home.
However, it was unable to confirm the exact number of positive cases.
A statement from the The Beeches Nursing Home said: "Together with Public Health England South West and local NHS colleagues, Cornwall Council is supporting staff and residents of The Beeches Nursing Home in Hayle following an outbreak of Covid-19.
"The home remains closed to visitors and staff are carefully following the detailed guidance that is being provided by Public Health England and the Government.”
Cornwall Council said it couldn't give the exact number of cases because they're constantly changing and because it might cause distress to their families.
Earlier this week, CornwallLive published a story about a Covid-19 outbreak at Trengrouse care home in Helston.
A fleet of 10 ambulances were sent to the scene, meanwhile, paramedics wearing hazmat suits, later identified as top level PPE, treated patients.
You can read more about that here.
