This is the day to put out garden waste and brown corrugated cardboard for recycling.

The waste should be put in unwanted brown cardboard boxes or, failing that, in plastic sacks.

NB: Plant material which is from invasive species cannot be collected: Japanese Knotweed for example must be destroyed on the site where it is cut down.

Friday October 8 at the Community Centre at Angarrack. Big Coffee Morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. stalls, raffles, coffee and cakes, 10am to noon. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Sainsburys will be holding an Information Day on Saturday 9th October about their proposal to construct a supermarket & associated works on Marsh Lane

This Sunday, there is an open air Mad Dog Fun Day at Angarrack in memory of Janet Thompson. There are 25 classes, including musical mats! There is also an agility course to have a go at. The fun or madness starts at noon. All proceeds in to local animal charities.

The mobile library visits Angarrack Mondays every fortnight.  The mobile library stops at the post box on Grist Lane between 11:30am and 11:45am. If you are not a member you can join there and then.

Coffee morning and book sale from 10am to noon, at Angarrack Community Centre. Everyone is welcome to come along.

A Beetle Drive and Pasty Supper is being held at Angarrack Community Centre Friday 22nd October at 7:30pm.

The cost is £2, which includes a pasty.

Everyone is Welcome.
