Angarrack Celebration of Queen's Diamond Jubilee

On the 4th June Angarrack will be holding a day of activities to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Plans are still being drawn up but the general idea is to have outdoor children's games and events during the afternoon with a barn dance in a marquee at the Angarrack Inn later in the evening. A hog roast is planned as well.
If you'd like to know more or have ideas for what you'd like to see then there are organising meetings taking place approximately every two weeks at the Angarrack Inn (dates on the website calendar!) to which anyone is welcome.

Members at Angarrack Methodist Church thank all those who attended their carol service on Sunday December 11. The evening was well attended despite the inclement weather and was a great success. The collection taken at the service raised £116 for the charity ‘Action for Children’. Members thank all those who took part in the service – the readers and the soloist, the organist Mr Geoff Pooley and Pastor Kenny Bassett for chairing the evening. read more »

There's lots to do - including testing and replacing Carnival lights bulbs, making sure all the lights have timers, etc

Hayle Friends Cornwall Hospice Care are organising a Cornish evening at Angarrack Community Centre, on Friday, September 23, at 7pm.
There will be entertainment by Buccas Four and Fruge and Tassle.
Admission is £5, to include refreshments, a pasty, and splits with jam and cream. There will also be a raffle.
Please come along and support your local St Julia's Hospice!

British International Helicopters invites you to view its plans to relocate the current heliport in Jelbert Way, Penzance, to a new site outside St Erth

Members at Angarrack Methodist Church thank all those who supported them over the Harvest Festival weekend. The weekend went well and raised much needed funds for the church.
Services are held each Sunday at 11am and you are invited to join members for worship. The preacher this Sunday will be Mr Alan Thomas.
